for the product, shipping, and optional insurance.

There is a possibility that a piece you want to purchase through
the website is already sold. In that case, I will contact
you to see if you would like a similar piece made. Refunds
can be made for sold-out items.
Shipping and Insurance
I will ship in the continental United States via USPS. Prices
include shipping, handling and tax where applicable.
Insurance: As the buyer,
you have the option of insuring the package. Insurance is
highly recommended and any loss that is not insured is the
buyer’s responsibility. Please add an additional $1.50
to your order if you want to insure the items.
Return Policy
I want you to be happy with your jewelry. If for any reason
you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the
product in its original condition within 10 days for a full
refund.
Workmanship and Repairs
I guarantee the workmanship of my jewelry for one year from
the date of purchase. I will repair or replace any of the
items found to be defective in workmanship. Please contact
me if you need a repair.
Please note that this guarantee does not cover the beads themselves,
since they can be somewhat delicate. Many beads are glass,
copper enameled or organic materials and may not be as durable
as precious stone.
Custom orders
I accept some custom orders. Please
contact me for more information. Custom orders require
a 50% non-refundable deposit.
